As a seller, you bring the car to us. Together we discuss the car and look at the expected return. We gladly receive as much documentation as possible, such as photos of any restoration or overhaul. Here the rule applies: the more, the better. It's also helpful if there is a maintenance history available, as well as information about previous owners and how long they have owned the car.

Please keep in mind that this is an auction subject to allocation, meaning the car is only allocated after your approval. The car will therefore never be sold without your final approval after the auction ends.

Next, we look at which auction package best suits you. By default, we charge a listing fee of €100, excluding VAT. This fee covers the cost of taking photos and listing the car on our platform. Of course, you have the option to choose a more deluxe package. This means we will advertise more extensively, both on domestic and international platforms. The more people see the car, the more bidders can come forward. Again, this choice is entirely up to you, and we are happy to explain it further.

Once we have collected all the necessary documents, the auction goes online at a prearranged time. If applicable, the car is then advertised on the chosen platforms to get the extra attention it deserves. After about three weeks, the auction ends and the final price is determined. As soon as the highest bid is known, we discuss it with you to see if the bid is acceptable. After your final approval, the car is allocated and sold.

We then prepare the invoice and ensure that payment for the car is arranged. Once the buyer has paid you in full for the car and we have invoiced and received the auction fees, the buyer will receive the necessary codes to arrange the transfer of ownership. Only after the transfer is completed can the buyer pick up the car from us by appointment. Your car is therefore never delivered before it is fully paid for.
