Bidding

After creating an account, you can bid on your favorite lot. Your placed bid is immediately the full purchase amount. There are no additional percentages or extra fees. That's how transparent we want to be. No hidden catches and no surprises after you place your bid.
If you place a bid in the last few minutes of the auction, an additional 2 minutes will be added to give everyone a fair chance. After the auction ends, we will evaluate the bid with the seller within 24 hours and report back to you.

No, a bid is legally binding. If you are the highest bidder, you are obligated to pay the commission and purchase the vehicle for the price you offered. It is allowed for the seller to accept a bid during or after the auction, in consultation with us.

Next Auctions facilitates the auction of offered vehicles and assesses beforehand whether a car is suitable for the auction, partly based on available documentation. However, we are not liable for the accuracy of the provided information or the technical condition of the vehicle. As a bidder, you can inspect the vehicle to ensure it meets your expectations. Next Auctions processes the provided data as carefully as possible but is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the lot description. Please read it carefully.

If the owner has deliberately withheld important information, you can annul the purchase agreement according to the Terms and Conditions.

Of course, it is possible to view a lot by appointment. We take great care in processing all information but cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions in the description.

Would you like to inspect a car? Then contact us via email: info@next-auctions.com.

The term 'minimum price not yet reached' means that the seller has set a certain minimum price for the lot, and the highest bid has not yet met this price. This implies:
    • The lot will only be automatically awarded once the minimum price has been reached.
    • If the minimum price is not reached, the seller may still decide to accept the highest bid, but this is not guaranteed.
You still have a chance to win the lot, even if the minimum price has not yet been reached.

The right of withdrawal does not apply in this case because it involves a public auction. Public auctions are not covered by the standard consumer protection rules for online purchases. As a result, you do not have the right to cancel or return the purchase within 14 days.

    Payment

Once you have paid the commission, you will receive the seller's details from us. After payment for the vehicle to the seller, we will connect you to facilitate further handling. We can also manage this for you.
